i purchased rainbow 6 seige on xbox 1 and first i did not get the codes

then i posted here what happened and a few days later they sent me the codes

when i whent to redeem them it said something whent wrong

please send me the codes with a correct code thxs

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I can move the data from HDD to USB but when I try to put USB to HDD it keeps saying the item cant be transfered to another profile.

Ok does your account region match your actual region? If not that would be why

In order to download those games you must have an matching account region with your actual regiom

Console region has no bearing on the error

Us foreign bases don't count as the US but the host countryforums.xbox.com/.../2007083.aspx if you have a mismatched region

I would try a hard reset of your console. Just hold the power button for ~10 seconds until it forces off. A hard reset will clear the cache, which may help as cache errors will often mess with your account. After the hard reset I would recommend deleting
your profile and redownloading it; I know you did that already but it does make a difference if you try it after clearing the cache through a hard reset.

Sorry to hear that your tenure is messed up and I hope I helped. I actually had a problem with this about a year ago and learned clearing my cache on Xbox 360 then redownloading my account fixed it.
