This is starting to get a little annoying now.

I like to go to xbox.com to my friends list to see who is online.. so I know if I want to jump online now or later. It WAS a lot faster then just turning on my XBOX, entering the passcode and seeing who is online. After the update on live.xbox.com happened
I've noticed I've been getting signed out. I thought nothing of it. Then it started happening more and more every two or three days. Now it's happening on a daily basis. I don't know what the point of "Keep me signed in" is there when it doesn't do anything.
Can this be fixed. Or is it something we are going to have to deal with for now on?

Nada, this is starting to get quite annoying

 

There seems to be many things that sign you out of your profile at the moment.

The really annoying one is when you are signed into the forum and then get signed out by clicking on your own profile.

 

@THEOWENKILLER - Tell me about it. This WAS never a problem before. The only time I was every signed out when I a cleared all data on my browser.

 

I noticed (today) that when I click on one of the game boxes under their gamerpic it normally allows me to compare activity for that particular game... but now it takes me to some generic page.

 

@Eggnogga - Yep. And still they don't have XBOX ONE games in your recent played games.

 

When I ask Xbox support about it, they told me that I must have changed my browser settings (which I didn't). They seem to be unwilling to accept that this may be a problem on their end.

Hey, guys! This is actually known. It happens to me all the time, too. It's specific pages. I wish I knew what to do to fix it, as I hate signing in constantly, too. :/ We are working on it, though! :3

However rather than specific pages I think it is rather specific parts of Xbox.com. For example even if I right click on your profile, in this very thread, and pick open I am asked to sign in again to view it. You can see it in the address bar, that you
are being signed out when doing so.

So rather than specific pages, its specific parts of the site. I'm sure I'm preaching to the converted and this is something you know. Different parts of Xbox.com are not speaking to each other correctly.

 

*winks* You are correct, sir (or ma'am, I don't know), and I worded it incorrectly. Parts is a more accurate phrase, since it affects (mostly, for me, at least) when I click on people's profiles.

Really happy to hear you are working on the problem though.

 

I'm tired of it as well. I'm having to log myself in every time I want to view a profile or send a message. It makes me not want to bother with it anymore.
