    This is so frustrating! Please help if you can.


    I downloaded a perk for a game, and then after a while I deleted it. Soon after I tried redownloading it, and when I did the game told me I couldn't start the game up unless I had the perk, but I cant find it. How do I download it back?

    I had this problem when I first got my new wireless router, Trying it in different spots of the room(If possible) may be an option. My router is connected to my modem, and my PC, and is in the room below where my XBOX is, but I still connect fine. If the

    Ya the cheap, modem/router combos you can get are not very good compared to using to separate devices. If your having issues with the combo, you probably need to ensure that your ports are open. Also moving it around may help. If you want to use the modem/router
    and the netgear router together you have have to go into the modem/router combo and enable a bridge mode and then you will be able to attach the netgear and get much better coverage and speed than the combo. If you need some more help pm me or post back here
    and ill be more than happy to try and resolve your problem

    Is there any way you could specifically define the type of network error either by an error code or specifically what is coming up when the console/game tells you there are network issues. According to Xbox Live Status page, everything is currently working
    fine.

    There's two troubleshooters and the status page you can look at here. Due to not being able to specifically judge the issue these should be a good start for now.
