How big is the file? 7 hours seems really long

 

Very small file size as most of the "stuff" is cloud based I guess

 

im thinking GG's only took so long because he's on wireless. Hard lines should be only an hour or 2 on decent internet connections.

 

I am connected wireless also... but my 1 is only 4 feet from my router... (the wire is for the 360).. but my PC speed is 100/50 and on the 1 is something like 40/30

On Twitch.. my recommended speed is 25500Kbs

Took me about 1.5 hours to download last night, ran the training achievement.....now on to the campaign with a friend or two tonight.

 

To answer some of your questions, I'm running a wireless connection through my Xbox One with 5mbps down & barely 1mbps up, which is why it took me so long to download - the good news is that I was sleeping for most of that time.

 

You should be taking your ISP to court if you're only getting 5mb :O

 

UK here. We don't get it till Friday and I know Germany and France get it on Thursday and you guys get it today. Think of it like this, you have been granted a head start before us posh crumpet eaters get on the servers and beat you all down Joking aside,

well i started the download 10 mins ago at 7:50pm cst...lets see how long this takes...16.39 gb ? So they are charging full price for half a game...most of these games were in the 25-40gb range.

 

Downloaded it around 4am right before work... came home from work to find it full installed ready to go!

 

Well I can't even install from the disc. Put the game in about 30 minutes ago it started installing and then stops and says installation is queued. I even unplugged the internet and it still won't install from the disk.

Yeah work is more interesting imo
