quite confused how some random can just file a review on my account for communication when I don’t even use my mic...and then Xbox enforcement can think they can just suspend my account no questions asked. Even if I was using my mic to talk I’m playing a
rated M game so if I would like to curse out loud or say something to someone that’s in the room with me I have every right to say it. I understand it’s only a 24 hour suspension but that’s not the point, I’m paying Microsoft with my money for a membership
to play on there console and network and they suspend your account for a review some kid probably filed because they cant handle the heat in call of duty

Realistic damage will also affect the victim so bad idea on that end!

And this will happen every time near release, all the previous installments had the same issues on release and with time the lobby becomes more mature as better more experienced racers take place.

Obviously they can't make better drivers, but what they can do is at least make all the cars transparent for the beginning 30 seconds or so. And some of you are forgetting. just because you may be a good driver does not mean that everyone else in the room
is terrible. I can simply stay behind and wait but not everyone is bad and the good ones will still get ahead. Here is a video I uploaded last night of what I'm talking about.

Anyone can file a complaint on you for any reason, but the enforcement team investigates those complaints and only issues suspensions if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

While games may be rated M, everything else done on Live is to remain E for everyone. That is per the code of conduct you agreed to. So yes, even if you were using a mic (which is not the only form of communication) and playing an M rated game, you can still
be suspended for swearing.

All communications on Xbox Live, both verbal and via messaging are rated E for Everyone. It does not matter what game you are playing, or with whom you are playing it with. These rules are clearly stated in the Code of Conduct, which you agreed to when
you signed up. Xbox Live isn't like a Netflix membership where all you do is pay and watch. Live is online gaming platform where you can communicate with others, so it has to have rules in place to prevent users being abused. This is to protect you as well
as them.

All reports are looked at by real people. The system is not automated.

The most common way for you to get a communication suspension is by sending someone a message trash talking or using explicate language. Just be very carefully to who you send messages to on xbox live. If some one sends you a message trash talking you. Just
report the message, try not to respond. This will keep you out of trouble.

My first car was a 1981 Honda Civic which was something like 7 years old when I bought it. Well, my dad did help me out with it. The car was $1,200. I paid $600 and my dad paid $600. My friends ribbed me and called it "the egg" because those older civics
were kind of round and mine was white with tan interior. lol

I guess a headset should be included? If a controller comes with the system. Doesn't have to be nothing fancy. I always used the cheap xbox headsets anyway. Turtle beaches are over rated. Yeah you get the foot steps and what not. But I have tons of
friends that have them. It gets old hearing the headset fart, whistle, echo and break before my cheap pairs.
