This is ridiculous! I want to speak to someone as my bank account was billed fraudulently

Go to the link below with all the Microsoft accounts you have and check if the charge is there:

Note 1: If you have a child or another family member who uses your credit card, it would also be interesting to check their accounts to see if you can find the transaction.

Note 2: If someone in the family has an Xbox, check if there are other Xbox Live profiles on the console and check the account connected in the Profile.

I would speak to your bank to see if they are blocking transactions. I've had this before they thought it was fraudulent

Was the membership for your account or just possible fraudulent charges? I would suggest you calling support and speaking with the billing department if that's the case. If you are in the US, the number you'll want to call is: 1800-4MY-XBOX. Hope everything

Thanks so much! The bank said they would have to completely cancel my card which is not an option. I believe this is a fraudulent charge and that somehow someone has hacked my son's account. I will try the recovery thing.
