    I get that error, but only when I highlight the Buffalo/Miami game (I don't know why that one). When I restart the app, nothing changes.

    At least that your Direct TV rep said they were working on it, mine told me after a half hour on hold that i need to log out then log back in (sigh) then said it was an Xbox problem, this is getting ridiculous...

    Well, DirecTV are the ones who took our money. So they should be the one's giving us a partial refund, regardless of fault.

    Just got off the phone with them was told its Xbox not their issue and if I wanted a refund I would have to call by the end of today. I was told today would be last day for refunds.

    I read that resetting the xbox (either pressing and holding the power button or unplugging the power source for about 30 sec) worked. I just tried it and now I have all the streams. Give it a try!

    Yeah this is p***ing me off. It happened a few times last week (once right before the game winning field goal by the steelers) and this week it wont load at all. I can watch red zone fine, but no games. This app better get fixed, no matter who's at fault.
    We 300 bucks to sit here hoping every time we start the app it'll finally work. BS!

    Reset your xbox!!!!!!!!! (Press and hold the power button until the unit reboots or unplug the power source for about 30 seconds).

    It worked for me and now I have all the streams.

    Call 855-229-8114 and select menu option #2 (ignore #1 as it routes you to the wrong support group.) The DirecTV rep just said that Microsoft is working on it and hoping it will be resolved shortly. Only redeeming part of this is the fact they credited me
    back $15 for this week due to the fact we are unable to use the service.

    I would call this number if you are still unable to watch the games live via the Xbox One App to get back your money for this week
