this is really anoying

every time I try to do something that requires me to put in my password it comes up with white box saying Please reenter your password and then I proceed to put in my password but evrytime it says Try again later there was a problem and we could not continue
(0x80a4001a) this never happened with the old grey password box please let me know how this can be fixed

Three anoying people, Really anoying!!!!

These three gamers are very anoying and obnoctious, they go into game chat and start yelling, breathing, and any thing really. Their gamer tags are [Mod Removed]. Its just another warning about these players. I'm just trying to keep xbox safe, thats all.

As an ambassador yourself you know that the best course of action in this situation would be to mute the players or block communications. Also I would recommend adding these players to your avoid list.

In the future please do not call out other players on the forums.

 

Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts. Once you have removed the account, hard-reset the console & log in to your original account.

I just turned of my console and the problem was gone

 

Try these steps Go to Settings> Account> Delete accounts. Once done, reboot the console and add your account.

When someone offers any solution, even if you don't think it is viable, you should be thankful...rather than saying "stupid"

We get you are frustrated but please be open-minded when there are solutions that can help and reasons why this happen!

 

Yeah none of those solutions helped me, as I am thankful and I wasnt calling the people putting up responses stupid btw! I was calling Microsoft stupid for having this kind of issues. I own a ps4 aswell and trust me, they don't run into issues like this.
I still can't login...

 

Being open minded to removing your account from your own xbox is the best soloution? Haha typical, a problem of this scale should never happen

Sorry for all the issues with signing in. There is currently a
Service Alert out right now for Core services. People have been asking to remove and re-download profile, but the issue continues afterwards. Best thing to do in this case is just wait it out. You can try a Power cycle see if that helps, anything else I
would just wait and try after the service alert is over. You can select "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.
