    I have basically the same issue as everyone is saying on how the Xbox is freezing up on the dashboard on Startup even on video games it's hard to go to my friends list hard to go to settings this is getting ridiculous this is my
    second Xbox One about the 500 GB first then the 2 terabyte this is really pissing me off that's so many people have had the same problem and I'm getting really tired of people telling you to hard reset your Xbox or to restore to factory settings it doesn't
    work stop posting it Microsoft just needs to do a better job I will never pay over $200 for another counsel from them even tho ive spent about $1,000 even on faulty controllers that seem to not want to link to the system or not want to turn on I'm just highly
    disappointed and what Microsoft says is supposed to be a new gaming an entertainment counsel for the future it just sucks that's what they should have said

    an easy way back in would be to buy a new 12 month gold membership (i still have 3-5 months left on the locked one)

    & make a new profile with a similar name no problem, BUT i would LOSE the unlocks, weapons & map paks & be forced to game with Lame beginners weapons i only play BF3,
