    Cant use my xbox 360... been trying for 3 hours... and I get nothing... this stupid set up windows media center thing is not working.. all I'm trying to do is watch my Netflix.. I am trying to contact someone to help get my xbox to work. now I'm just done...
    time to take a bat to my xbox and explain to all my customers who try to buy one that it is not worth it. I'm done trying..

    You can not take ownership of someone elses account, doing so would be a violation of the XBL Terms of Service and could result in enforcement action being taken against the account.



    What you should do is create your own account and start fresh. That way you won't have to worry about not being able to purchase premium content.

    If you are talking about the age on that account, then unfortunately you cannot change the age on an account.
