    This is insanity challenge on plyometric cardio circuit workout not awarded.


    The "this is insanity" challenge requires a 5 star rating on all drills two times in a row. I acomplished this multiple times now yet I don't receive the reward. Anyone else share this issue. Any resolutions available?

    Insanity - Around the World - Globe Jumps...

    On the Insanity workout Cardio Power and Resistance, I cannot for the life of me get 2k on the globe jumps. Not even one time! To get the Around the World Challenge, you have to get 2k ten times in the globe jumps.

    Anyone else have issues getting 2k here? Any tips?

    I get around 120k total for this workout normally but for some reason, I can't get this one drill figured out so that the Kinect recognizes it right. Help?

    What workout gets the most FPs?

    It's taken me about 2 months to get to this point, but I can usually get around 130k on Insanity Plyo and Cardio Power. Pure Cardio I can get around 110k.

    I average 100k on the MOSSA Fights.

    I'm usually pushing hard as possible, and I'm beat after I'm done. The Insanity workouts aren't for the faint of heart (pun intended)

    best calorie burner fitness program?

    I think the calorie count on these workout programs isn't that precise because it seems to count the same calories the each workout,i did pure cardio on my 1st go & only gave me 151 calories burned (sure was lots more than that) & even nbow getting 20,000+
    more session points it still gives me exactly burning the same calories,id like to see some of the insanity Max cardio workouts 50-60 mins(on the dvd) added to xbox fitness I wouldn't even mind paying a little for each workout added to my library,I'll add
    you as a friend so we can compare workouts just for that extra motivation :)

    Xbox Fitness crashes to home

    Purchased a brand new One yesterday. I let it download all updates. I'm almost to the streching part of the Xbox Fitness Insanity cardio circuit workout and the entire system freezes and shuts down. I turn it back on,gobackto the same workout and ff to the
    part where i left off... i make it a few more minutes only to have it crash and return to the home screen this time. I DO NOT have anything plugged in, the system is well ventalited and i wasn't doing anything unusual. What's the deal MS? Curious how many
    people actually use the fitness app extensively, first time i use it it doesn'twork. PLease fix this issue.

    It so happens to be I put some data about all the available workouts into a spreadsheet already. I know I'm a little obsessive about this stuff, don't judge me ;).

    The FP numbers I have are the average for males within my age group (around 30), but it should give a good indication of which workout earns you more FPs relative to other workouts overall.

    Top 10 workouts for most FPs:

    1. Beachbody P90X Pylometrics with 105k FPs in 59 minutes
    2. Beachbody P90X Shoulders and Arms with 87k FPs in 60 minutes
    3. MOSSA Fight Workout 2 with 83k FPs in 36 minutes
    4. Beachbody Insanity Pure Cardio with 79k FPs in 39 minutes
    5. Beachbody Insanity Pylometric Cardio Circuit with 79k FPs in 42 minutes
    6. MOSSA Fight Workout 1 with 78k FPs in 35 minutes
    7. Beachbody Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance with 70k FPs in 40 minutes
    8. Jilian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred Workout 2 with 70k FPs in 53 minutes
    9. Jilian Michaels Ripped FPs in 30 Week 2 with 69k FPs in 34 minutes

    A few of these are workouts from the paid add-ons. I am not sure I agree with MOSSA Fight being less intense than those 10 minute solution ones. I guess that is just because the longer workouts have more time where you are not earning FPs (longer intro/cooldown
    and such).

    P90X for Xbox Fitness

    apparently there will be some workout calendar for this coming out mid august , have no idea how that would work though ,whether achievements will be based on doing it as scheduled , nor the exact scheduling of workouts but if typical to the p90x schedules
    its likely to be a resistance workout followed by a cardio workout , ie chest arms ,then cardio power , then by legs back , then fighter x , then total core , rinse off the sweat and repeat til ripped.
