This is getting to be ridiculous....

2 days of live outages... Seriously. People need to lose their jobs if this is the "service" we get for our money. What the hell is going on xbox? Why cant I and many others enjoy the services we pay for for an entire weekend? And how are you rectifying
the constant issues? My guess is nothing. Keep ignoring your customers. See where that gets you.

Xbox Live having issues has been frustrating. Generally when there is an Xbox Live service alert. I am hardly effected. Even on Christmas day I was able to get online. However, I just do not remember this being the case in 2006, 2007. Xbox Live was
hardly ever down. I wonder what the issues are? Perhaps it is MS unifying everything. I look forward to the new party chat update. A year in, and the inconsistencies are annoying. Just my opinion.

Agreed. I constantly have problems with service disruptions. Nobody does anything about it. We are expected to pay and be happy with not being able to access anything. Easily 90% of games on xbox one require an online connection. 90% of those require a gold
account. It seems like we are blocked from playing anything 75% of the time. Why the hell are we paying for subscriptions?! There needs to be some accountability and compensation for when they screw up, everyone gets gold status by default, or we need to get
smart and realize that these people are as bad as local cable providers. We need to give up entirely on consoles. I would rather stick with snes at this point.

 

I've actually resorted to taking advantage of the free month by changing bank card after bank card. There is absolutely no reason to give these people another dime. They love to sneak in bs charges and fees, and the service is down literally every other
day at some point. Where is the accountability?! You can't actually get ahold of anyone who can do anything. Anytime I've called to try to speak to a person, they act like a robot with their bs sales pitches and complete apathy to the issue in question. When
you get on these forums, there's nothing to guarantee that anyone will even respond. I know a lot of people who either sold their xbone, or just went with ps4 because they know what Microsoft is all about. I can't imagine sony is any better, but at least they
don't complain service disruptions. You are losing fans Microsoft. Eventually, pissing people off by stopping their service will mean there are no people paying for service.

If so, go & help the team fix this ***! I'm NOT happy. 2 nights in a row.

As a player I've only missed 4 nights of play in GTA5 since I got it in January 2014. All these were due to the services being down. I run a crew that's "EVERY night" but we can't. There are currently 9 of us in and out of parties, unable to talk. Not even
Game chat is working. Get it sorted MS!

No nugsy, there is probably no reason to post on here. But the massive amounts of identical complaints from enough people could possibly raise awareness to abandon Microsoft. They can't maintain their servers, so we all need to stop paying them. It's easy
enough to just go back to old consoles. A lot of our favorite games are actually available on touch devices and emulators. Anything new gen that we could be playing is also available on ps4. Absolutely no need for xblive if we can't use it anyway.
