    So in addition to the 116K points that are stuck in limbo due to some issue that must require a network of quantum computers to solve as it is taking so long to fix (over a year now) I am also now being told on the rewards website that I am no longer gold
    status vip which is ridiculous since my xbox live gold doesn't expire for another 2 years. So is this another database issue or can I expect this issue to be resolved in a timely manner?

    I'm $17 away from lvl 4 vip and have been leaning towards an upgrade to the xbox one s but the short-falls of this program lately are starting to become irritating. Fix your computer system please...

    Also, these new forums are horrendous compared to the old ones.

    This is getting ridiculous...

    Xbox Live having issues has been frustrating. Generally when there is an Xbox Live service alert. I am hardly effected. Even on Christmas day I was able to get online. However, I just do not remember this being the case in 2006, 2007. Xbox Live was
    hardly ever down. I wonder what the issues are? Perhaps it is MS unifying everything. I look forward to the new party chat update. A year in, and the inconsistencies are annoying. Just my opinion.
