this is getting old i want my money back

i paid for pubg like everyone else

now i can't use the game because it's stuck on the title screen and this has gone on for over a week now since the player test server started. it doesn't matter whether or not i uninstall and reinstall the game, do a hard restart of the console, or keep
quitting the game out and retrying. i play with a few friends and none of them are having this issue and it's been too long now. i don't really even want support anymore cause there is never any damn help that i get from anyone. i just want the money i put
into the game back because this **** is getting too old and too constant i don't care if it was not a full game or not it should at the very least let me go past the damn title screen

As someone who can't play discs on my Xbox anymore, due a lil' incident, the free games are really ideal for me seeing as I had most of them before so I still got the saves.

The game is still in the Preview step, so it's normal that there are issues or bugs. I don't think you're eligible for a refund because it has been too long since you bought it (and you played for more than two hours). Try opening a

ticket directly on the official website for the problem.
