    This is first xbox console I will not get at launch...


    I've been trying to get a xbox series x since preorders went live. No luck, tried to win at taco bell(never works and hate thw food). Ive also been on toms hardware, @wario64's Twitter, xbox series x restock and @cheapassgamer Twitter and website. Every
    time im not fast enough and I try as soon as I hear about it. I think I'm just getting tired of it. Ive had original xbox, xbox 360 12 gb removable top, 250gb halo elite 360, a 360 kinnect, then a xbox one day one edition with kinnect, a xbox one s, and
    a xbox one x. Halo hooked me but I'm trying to get this for my son, im 37 and a single dad with 2 kids and my 13 year old lives by his xbox. I have been trying to get it for a Christmas present, I got him a ps5 because I found one. And he is still playing
    his one x instead. Might of used the ps5 once, grabbed the controller and didn't like it when he shot guns on COD with the force feedback. Anyways, they should have a queue on microsofts site so I do not have to try everyday on Twitter or internet and when
    it gets here, it gets here. Im ok with even waiting a month or so on it but I cannot handle going to store all the time and being on internet all the time. I don't wanna give up for my son but this is just killing me. I've never had it so hard to find
    a console and am ready to give up. I just wish they would of made more or had a queue section and even had people at 4 different stores on black friday with no luck. Anyways, I guess I'm either trying to get inside info about when you can find them online,
    or maybe I just wanna vent about how I've been with Microsoft through thick and thin. Eben remember the first time hooking up xbl on the xbox for halo 2. T hey were called crossover cables then. What I needed for modem to back of xbox. On a crt tv. Man,
    good times playing halo 1 me against my uncle and nephew. Good damn times. Anyways, I guess I don't want my son to miss out on those good times I had and he is like me a xbox fan boy for life. I guess I'm just venting. Im sorry for wasting y'alls valuable

    The kinect is the only reason the wife and I won't be buying an xbox one at launch. It feels strange to NOT be getting a new console on release. This will be the first time in 30 years I haven't gotten a console at launch.

    November needs to hurry!

    This won't be the first Console I bought myself at launch. It'll be the 3rd, 1st being Dreamcast & the 2nd being Xbox 360, both of which are the only consoles I still own & won't ever get rid of.

    However, this is the first console launch that has a Launch title i'm extremely excited for & is a franchise that I really enjoy & know i'll love. That game being Dead Rising 3.

    The big question is how long will I mess around with the console's dashboard/features before I get lost in the Zombie filled open world.

    Have a Xbox One and Forza 5 pre ordered so will be picking it up on the 22nd November, first time I will be getting a console on launch day so really looking forward to it

    Meeble is this your first console launch? There's ALWAYS stuff like this at launch, as long is it gets fixed it won't matter. MS have delivered a solid console, there are some rough edges, yes but that's what they are.
