    This is false advertising.


    I spent $80 on the Halo Wars 2 Ultinate Edition so I could play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Microsoft advertised we would get our codes "starting December 20th. Well it's almost the 23rd, where's my code that I spent money for?

    It's one thing if this was free but I paid almost triple digits for this. Thanks for nothing, Microsoft.

    Is this not false advertising?

    Read the bottom line: "Additional Subscriptions and requirements apply for some Xbox Live features, including HBO GO, MLB TV, Netflix, ESPN, Hulu Plus, EPIC and I Heart Radio." There's no false advertisement.

    Not terribly misleading. You do require an XBL Gold membership to access those apps on your Xbox.

    If you pre-ordered the game after 12/14, you'll need to wait 7-10 days from the day that you purchased. Keep in mind that if you pre-ordered earlier and the transaction was cancelled, the codes would be sent out from the date you completed the transaction for
    the game. Please wait 10 days and if you don't receive your code, please create a new thread and let us know This is false advertising. :)

    What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.

    you see, your trying to compare Skate 3 on the Xbox One and Skate 3 on the Xbox 360, they are different things.

    If you want it why not buy it on the Xbox One?

    Definitely confusing, you've got me curious now as to whether they label the telltale games first episodes as a 'full game'

    I personally bought the disc version of revelations to skip these shenanigans, the raid mode is really fun and finally online.
