I started a new save played a little bit signed off sign back in and now I'm ranked 30 and I was ranked 14 and I unlock the whole map and I only unlock part of it so now I have two saves with 30 rank and whole map unlocked on both saves.

THIS IS CRAP!

THIS IS COMPLETEY INSANE! I GOT MY XBOX 5 DAYS AGO AND STILL NOTHING. I'VE CALLED 5 TIMES AND ALL OF THESE PEOPLE AT THE CALL CENTRE DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY'RE DOING! IM GETTING SO MAD. I THINK IM JUST GOING TO RETURN MY XBOX AND BUY A PS3. WEVE SPENT
A TON OF OUR MONEY ON LIVE AND THIS IS THE CRAP SERVICE WE GET. IM FED UP WITH THIS CRAP!!!!

and also every time I spawn in a vehicle it spawns it in a crazy place and I'm unable to use my helicopter because the blades get knocked off because it's up against a tree.

Perhaps, but it was full screen; there wasn't anything around the video...just the video.

My console is used, but from a reputable dealer off of Amazon.com.

No. No one put the content up on the Xbox while I was gone. The kitchen has a direct line of sight to the TV; I had it in my vision the whole time...no one touched it. Luckily I was able to notice it quick enough to shut it off.

Never seen that before. As noobsdie4eva stated, looks like someone messed up with the console while you were out, or you bought a modded second handed console.

The console don't just opens IE all of a sudden, especially with this sort of content.
