    well i cant use xbox live until i change my gamertag and i have no more ideas. it was only reported (i recently just figured out) because the person that filed the complaint didnt like me.

    Greeting, everyone. I wanted to jump in here and let you all know that this issue is now resolved and you should be able to connect to LIVE successfully. Can you please try connecting up again to confirm that you're able to log on to LIVE successfully? Thanks

    just copying the result of your Investigation wont tell us what happened and what you consider to be bs. it just tells us that you obbviously thought someone else was using your account on a different xbox console.

    in case of xbox 360 you can use
    live.xbox.com/.../Protection
    to check this, but for xbox one its currently not possible to do online

    I pay more than $50 per year for internet and if you reread my post it was Time Warner I was pressing for compensation. This is not the only issue with their service. Connectivity issues are commen with them in my area and I have reported such numerous times
    to them only to be told issue resides in their distribution lines. In the past they have compensated me for no service if its over 24 hours or previously reported unresolved issue. I would advise all users of Time Warner to press on this so that Time Warner
    may actually fix it as quickly as possible.

    Ambassadors speek for Microsoft (see the definition of "ambassador") if they don't then they should use a different term that is more descriptive of their actual role. I still say it's a pat answer and one that I've heard many times from numerous tech support
    people including Microsoft.
