This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Not even a full week after my two week suspension then waiting another week to get my voice back I get suspended AGAIN for the same thing....now I haven't sent any messages to anyone that's not on my friends list. Or even voice messages, I only use my xbox
voice to talk with my friends after the suspension even then I don't even touch my xbox. Now either unsuspend my xbox now or tomorrow,buy this POS back and get me a PS4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONCE AGAIN I am banned from communications on Xbox Live, which is already ridiculous enough given that it was due to me sending someone a mildly explicit message where I even CENSORED the bad word I wrote, and though I am mildly irritated, it
really isn't the end of the world.

It doesnt matter if you censored it. The message would still be against the code of conduct either way.

None of the messages I send ever contain anything racist or sexist, the worst I ever do is tell someone to go *bleep* themselves after they teamkill me. In this last instance I never even said any bad words, I merely used symbols.

This particular type of message would also be against the code of conduct. Again censoring the bad part of the message does not make it any less against the code of conduct.

In conclusion I am FED UP with being banned for essentially nothing. If it was a few days even I might be able to deal with it, but to ban me from multiplayer for half a month means I'm basically wasting my money on nothing.

In conclusion you are not being banned for nothing. You are being banned because you keep sending messages that break the code of conduct. Continue to do so and i agree with you in the fact that you will be wasting your money since you cant seem to follow
the rules.

HOWEVER, now I am banned from MULTIPLAYER TOO? For TWO WHOLE WEEKS?

I am being denied a service that I am paying for monthly and have been consistently paying for for over 10 years now and that is NOT OK. You want to take my communications privileges away, fine. But this is going WAY TOO FAR.

Tell me please, how it's ok for people to t-bag each other (essentially simulating sexual **** and/or necrophilia) or walk around in GTA V and simulate ****, doing drugs, and making obscene gestures but I can't send an angry message to someone who teamkills
me in a MATURE RATED GAME like Rainbow Six Siege.

You do realise the majority of ban/suspensions aren't instant?

You've probably been suspended again for something that happened a while ago.

The rules on PSN are similar to those on xbox live so don't think you'll get away with the same stuff there.

I've been banned recently and now I'm unbanned but I'm still unable to speak in a party chat the little cursor is flashing as if I am talking but no one can hear me any ideas on whata wrong?

They just suspended two days ago on Saturday....like I said Daft it was a full week of me having my voice and BAM suspended again.

 

Yes,i understand that but you were probably suspended again for something that happened a while back,not the full week you were back after your first suspension.

When someone files a report it can take months sometimes before any action is taken as all reports are investigated & due to the volume of reports they receive it does take time.

Your 2nd suspension could be for something as far back as June or may.

The same exact thing happened to me and they provide no means to contact an actual person. I'm just supposed to rely on the opinion of a faceless and voiceless individual. I have a feeling that no one is behind the Enforcement team and its simply an inadequate
program that cant be questioned by users. Microsoft has been on a roll lately with all their crappy services (Windows 10, Windows phones, Xbox live, the Kinect). I think they really want to push everyone towards PlayStation, Apple, and Samsung. Im getting
fed up with all the nonsense.

Not to mention that after the suspension was supposed to be lifted no one has been able to hear me. So not only is the system in place complete garbage, but its ineffective.
