This is absolute torture

I have been wrongly in the "avoid me" category for over a week up until yesterday in which I was finally moved to "needs work". There has been a group of people specifically targeting my account to bring it down. I am back in "avoid me" not even after one
whole day, and I've barely even played enough to do anything wrong. These people saw that my rep status changed so they filed another false report. I have done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this after 11 years of paying for your service. I demand a case
review or an explanation of exactly why my account is being reported with no evidence of any wrongdoing. Your site says that the system protects against false reports, but that obviously is not the case. I want my services back immediately unless I can get
a clear explanation of what I'm doing wrong. This is ridiculous and I might switch to PS4 because of this absolutely broken reputation system. There is no way to contact support about this issue and it seems as though Microsoft doesn't care.

I'm going to use Youtube strictly on my PC, where I can get full 1080p HD Quality video, And use my AdBlocker to avoid the Ad Spam as well. Not worth constantly freeze crashing my xbox after every video...

I just checked my rep history. 13 voice communication reports in the last 6 months? That is obvious abuse of the rep system. There is absolutely no way I am conducting that much bad behavior. It just isn't true. There is no way to substantiate these reports
and I am being falsely attacked. This is ridiculous.

 

There are a number of considerations to be made when it comes to gamer's rep like unsportsmanlike behavior and comments that affect the rep. Be sure that there are a number of protections put in place to ensure that other users are not unfairly affecting
your reputation score. Reputation takes into account a wide range of data points, of which community feedback is only one component.

Though your reputation score can be impacted after accumulating legitimate negative feedback, spamming someone with unwarranted or baseless complaints (even from a large number of players) will not unfairly result in a lower reputation.

To get your rep back play a wide range of games and gametypes, enjoy gaming for gaming sake and all in all try to be a good sport.

You guys always deny the fact that your reputation system can be broken. It is not foolproof. I have absolutely done nothing wrong and in fact I might even take this to court. You don't explain the algorithm yet you promise that it is totally foolproof and
cannot be cheated. This group is not spamming complaints. They are putting in complaints at random times to cheat the system. They have even told me that this is their plan. You guys give the same *** answer without ever admitting that you're wrong. But fine,
to avoid this 'avoid me' category I will simply delete and create a new account where I can carry on these 'behaviors' (that are not occurring in the first place) without being falsely reported. The fact that you don't have a support team for this *** is embarassing.
You push a broken system that punishes the wrong people for the wrong things. I have been teamkilled by groups in Siege that are purposefully griefing, yet when I report them they are still in good standing. This is ridiculous. I will create a new account
and continue playing like a regular human being. I refuse to sit another week in the avoid me category.

 

Also, how am I supposed to change my 'behavior' if I can't get into games and I can't talk to anyone? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Microsoft doesn't care about their customers, even if they've subscribed for 11 years. I will take this
to court if possible.

And FYI legal threats only get this locked and you have been told the solution play nice

 

FYI other consoles also have the same policy it's doesn't stand up in court because it's about you being playable with others
