About 2 months ago, my account DeadlyDeaKSs06 got permanently banned from Xbox for "threats and abuse", but before that happened I was already doing a 2 week communication ban so there is no possible way I could threat or abuse anyone let alone the fact
I do not believe in trash talking other players that are enjoying the game. I have lost
EVERYTHING, there is over $400 or $500 dollars worth of games not including downloadable content, I couldn't make my Xbox account be my home Xbox because I got a new one due to the fact my old one broke down. There aren't words to describe
how I feel about the enforcement team doing this, anyone else can say the same if the same thing happened to them. I cant make my banned account on my home Xbox now to at least get the downloadable content because I need to be online to do so but its impossible for
a banned account to be online. If ANYONE can help I would love it, maybe hopefully the enforcement team can see this. (I already did case review).

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

xbox live ban for 2 weeks for harrasment?

Hello,

i just received a 2 week ban from xbox for harrassing someone which is a false accusement in my oppinion so now i can't play my fut weekend league games... How can i get rid of this ban or atleast talk to anyone at enforcement about this since i can't apply
for a review for some reason.

Please help me.

You can be suspended for actions performed online prior to your first ban that came to light after the XBLPET investigation of your account.

If you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues .

If they're truly false and you haven't done anything to violate the code of conduct/terms of serve, then you have nothing to worry about.
