    hi, I have a Xbox one s. It started to do reset when I play a video. Ok I stat the console without any problem, I play all my games without problems as much time I want but!!! When I play some video la YouTube , Netflix , Blu-ray app or even watch a trailers
    in the store. The console send to de screen like fake pixels like lines, blocks of pixel on anther color and them the Xbox fall in hard reset and restarting all the console like pressing the Xbox bottom for ten seconds. I made all kinds of updates and reset
    like factory reset and nothing work. I can’t see any video on my Xbox. Even the support doesn’t have any idea. Any help ??? Thanks

    It could be a problem with the *** or disk reader. Very rarely, disks have issues loading. Its only with Black Ops 2 right?

    Auto Sign in issues

    I had the issue often in instant on mode. Now I only use energy saving mode and I only have issues when XBL is having issues. (Very rarely)

    Is anyone else being randomly disconnected from Xbox Live?

    Happens to me on very rare occasions. Usually If I am getting signed out of live, there are bigger issues going on, like the ISP having issues, and not XBL itself.
