After paying all this money for the console, membership, games & everything. Already having a previous problem with the black start up screen and now XBL being down every couple of weeks the ps4 is starting to look pretty good. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!

Apologies for the service interruption you're experiencing.

Currently Xbox LIVE Matchmaking, Messages, and some users with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, will be experiencing issues with Xbox LIVE at this time.

The issue is being worked on and should be resolved soon.

I understand this isn't the experience you want - and that you expect better from Xbox LIVE as a service that you pay for.

As this is only a Support Forum by the Community, we're unable to really do anything other than reiterate public information.

However, if you call Xbox Support or contact them via Live Chat, they can give you an address to the HQ for your country so that you can mail in a complaint.

Every time there's a whiff of an update for my xbox one the system goes to pieces, please get it fixed. System says I'm online no problems, but nothing will work regarding live. I've said it once, I'll say it again the XB One should never have been released
when it was, cos it's obvious it was'nt ready to go. I've now spent in the region of £1000.00 on the system, live account, headphones and games. And it all goes to *** every other month. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Get it sorted.

I'm still having trouble connecting to xbl. None of my games are working cod ghost, titanfall etc. Is there anything I can do or is this problem going to be resolved soon?

 

If it were wintertime I could use it to heat the garage.
