This is a Hard one...Cant get my account back.

Today im pretty sure Live got DDOSed and i was affected bad. i could sign in and it said my password was wrong. so i reset it still said it was wrong. turned my Xbox off did it again. i changed the Microsoft alias to a new email the one i actually use. And
my account hadn't worked all day finally at night the service error went away. didn't work still. Last hope i was going to delete then re download my email isn't "Valid" and if i use it to the one i actually use it goes to a account i made a year ago.

Any way i can get the 4 years of time back?

I cant get back in my account

uhhhh i just came back from church desperate to go on the Xbox 360 and when i tried to sign into my xbox live account it says "sorry, this profile cant connect to xbox live on this console to fix it it download it again" and honestly i need help and i dont
know what it means y download it again please halp

Trying to get old gamertag back..

I bought a new xbox so when i went to download my old gamertag on it, i must have messed up and hit new account and now my email address is to this new account that i dont want for i will lose everything if i cant get my old gamertag back to this email.
I guess the question is can i get my old gamertag and account back to my email and delete this new one off my email account? new gamertag is and the old one is Johnson1623.

Because there are pii conditions you MUST MEET

if you dont meet those conditions you MUST add additional info to fill in the blanks that you left out by replying to the forum they set up for you at answers.microsoft.com

This includes info you should know like creation date of the ms account.

What pc or os you were using

(If random info was given as pii good luck )

And yes kids used random info for quick account setup

Its was horrible for recovery

Serial number of the console

Achievements and dates gained

Friends on your profile etc etc

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately the security on a Microsoft account is very strict to prevent account from being hacked and taken over. So that is why it is important to keep your verification & security contact details up to date
in case the password is forgotten and the account needs to be recovered. For obvious reasons, Microsoft does not know your password and would need to verify you are the account owner in order to reset the account password, to protect account owners from any
random person resetting an account password and taking over the account.

The only way to recover your account is to fill out that form as no one from customer support can assist with resetting the password. As you've already contacted customer support, it seems they were not able to verify the account either. Without the old
Xbox to obtain it's specific Xbox Live ID number to enter into the recovery form, it will be very difficult for the submitted form to verify the account.

It is against forum rules to post users Gamertags in an attempt to bring enforcement against them. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

The proper course of action is to contact Support by calling the number for your region and opening up an "Unauthorized Access Claim."
