This has now become the worst customer service experience with Microsoft I have to date. I am out a controller no fault of my mines and it seems Microsoft is not willing to make an effort to correct this. It's now been a month and still no resolution on
my part as to Microsoft reassuring me by replacing the missing controller. Every email Microsoft has sent me has been a ploy to past responsibility off to the shippers and now this email about the controller being delivered to a wrong address is to assure
me of what. I demand the my controller be replaced ASAP AND IF YOUR DEPARTMENT CAN NOT DELIVER MY REPLACEMENT CONTROLLER PLEASE INDICATE WHO I SHOULD BE SPEAKING WITHIN MICROSOFT YO RESOLVED THIS. I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE BBB AND ONLINE FORUMS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE,
one year and still Microsoft has not replaced my defective controller. I AM NOW OFFICIALLY UPSET.

Problem with xbox one console, one day it wont give out hdmi signal to any tv

I am looking for any help, I have an issue were my console will not give out an HDMI signal to any TV. I have tried various reset methods along with Xbox customer services guidance which included the binding button being held along with the eject with no
success, this has included various HDMI cables. I was informed by the customer services that it was an issue with hardware, to be specific the video card.

My console is out of warranty which I found out through talking to the agent and was informed i must pay £100 to replace my console. I have been a customer since Xbox hit the market with its first console and through no fault of my own I am being told to
pay to get myself back to my gaming ways. I do feel a bit let down by Microsoft on this matter and hoping someone can help me.

If this was a problem caused through my own carelessness I would not be taken this route but this seems to be a known hardware fault which calls the longevity of the console into question.

 

Free Xbox one X game

So a few hours have past and no response so I assume I got the usual Microsoft customer service experience. So the chat I had with support states "don't worry I'm sure you will get your game" and "moderators on the forum have access to the download codes
we don't" I fully assume this is misinformation as it makes no sense and I'm wasting my time posting anything on a forum but please correct me if I'm wrong moderators, I'm not impressed with Microsoft customer service at present and have been a loyal customer
for two decades including beta testing the original Xbox live service day one. A simple reply would be nice.
