    why do we pay good money for this failure

    its been 2+ hours, my friends are still waiting for me to get online but no xbox live has a service error when is it getting fixed and whats causing this plz

    can anyone confirm if friends list is working yet

    why has Xbox not said what is going on yet its been going on a whole day since my friends list has been down.what scares me is that I cannot see my profile so I hope I have not been hacked and people can see my credit card information. Plz xbox ur better
