    How did he get into your account? You should report/block the gamer.

    No one on the forums can ban him. You will have to report him using the tools provided on the console.

    It's best not to talk about personals to gamers you haven't known irl. It can totally jeopardize your account. I hope this unfortunate experience prepares you for future encounters with people that use social engineering to take/extract critical info.

    In any instance of such a thing, best course of action is to simply report and block. That way it is dealt with via the appropriate channels.

    This board isn't for naming and shaming people and people on this board don't have the power to ban or block others. This board is more of a community to help gamers and provide guidance along with some banter!
