Hi Enforcement Team. Please help me. I gave this guy who I thought was a friend, who's gamertag is [Mod Removed] that's a zero at the end of his gt. $25 dollar code to get the zombie army triliogy game when it was on sale. After I did that
he blocked me off xbox one. He will not pay me back like he said he would. He has also said mean and racists statements. Can someone Please help me get this guy mak a 2 week or month Ban since he stole from me. He deserves it. Thanks

All you can do is report the account and block them I'd at a note to the report stating what he / she has done so the enforcement team is aware.

Also please avoid making duplicate posts on the forums.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for them to investigate his account. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Also be aware that they can ban you as well since using Live for commercial purposes is a violation of the code of conduct.

I'm still banned with no word from support they don't respond as I have stated previously. Update it has now been 2 1/2 months since the two week ban has been in place. Xbox needs to fix this

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.
