this goes out to specifically the enforcement team need assistance

I have been having issues with a recent console unbanning. as in that even though ive been unbanned I still cannot access accounts on xbox with certain features like communications. I have been unable to file a review as it doesn't come up as a ban for me.
and I would appreciate it if the enforcement team would reach out and help me as the support teams have tried their best but cannot do anything to help the situation.

The Enforcement team does not post here on the forums. Xbox Support and the forums will not be able to assist with Enforcement actions.

Console bans are permanent and irreversible. They cannot be disputed as they are issued for the most serious offenses (repeated Code of Conduct violations, fraud, hacking,
modding, tampering, etc).

Account bans are dealt with on the
Enforcement website, with a case review available to submit (if eligible).
