    This gamertag isn't allowed?


    Alright so i tried changing my name to "II GECO II" as geco is an old name ive had for literal years and apparently ehen i try to put "ii" or "ll" it says that it isnt allowed? How is "ii" or "ll" offensive to anyone? I really need to know cause i see
    many people with "ii" or "ll" in their names and its confusing

    Most likely because it's too many characters. With the new gamertag system you can have 12.

    @Warrior2387 - There's no way to contact the enforcement team regarding gamertag availability, but you can try contacting support through http://support.xbox.com/contact-us although
    typically if the system says a gamertag is not allowed, there's not much that can be done.

    I can't say for sure but maybe because "flux" is too close to the "F" word. Shoot enforcement and or support a message asking why, they will have a more accurate answer and could help you get around that.

    FluxOrbit = 9 characters. 9 is not greater than 12 so that's not the issue!
