    hacking into my wifi

    some guy i met hacked into my wifi and kicked me offline a few times and i would really appreciate if u did something to this guy that keeps herrasing me. His gamer tag is
    [Mod Removed] and also his friend helping him is,[Mod Removed] i would really appresiate if u helped me out on this one.

    Please do not call out other gamertags on the forums. If you believe someone to be doing something against the ToU and CoC of the Live service use the dashboard reporting tools to report them. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions.

    Support does not totally understand how the forums work and send people here with incorrect information. onyx is correct.

    One thing I did forget to mention though. If the user is booting you offline contact your internet service provider and let them know what is happening. They'll issue you a new IP address and investigate the attack and, if necessary, take legal action
    against the person responsible.
