This game stole my achievements!

My gamertag is .

I played this game on my Windows Phone for a few months in 2017 until I completed all of its achievements. Okay!

This week (February - 5 - 2018) I bought a Windows 10 notebook. And I had the bad idea to download Microsoft Bingo again.

To my surprise, my progress synchronized and I unlocked 95% of the achievements at one go. The only one that was missing I did today (February - 7 - 2018). But to my surprise again Microsoft has removed all my achievements from this game, both Windows Phone
and Windows 10.

Why does Microsoft give so much trouble, and why do they create support that does not solve anything? It's the question I ask myself having so many Microsoft products.

Xbox account stolen ...... HELP!

My account was stolen yesterday ,but then recovered it today, and the "thief" took my MSP(about 1800). I then seen that a new game and achievements were added. The game was FIFA 2012,but i also seen another post about a account being stolen and he also had
the FIFA game achievements. But I don't know what to do. I have heard of people getting their account investigated but i am unsure how to do that. Also if anyone has any tips that i could do to make sure it isn't stolen again, then feel free to add your thoughts.

 

Dead Island Achievements

These were the sort achievements i would expect from a game like this most of em are "kill 50 zombies or kill 5 zombies with one shot" they are justt standard zombie game achievements stolen from left 4 dead and dead rising.

 

The Windows 10 problem is done.

Now the Windows Phone persists. I have all achievements unlocked in game but zero on my gamertag.
