Once done, please sign in to your account and then check if the issue persists. If you are still encountering the same issue, kindly proceed to Repair and Reset the Xbox App.

Let’s check if you’re using an adult account or a child account by checking your account privacy settings via https://account.xbox.com/Settings. If you could access your privacy settings, that would mean that you’re using an adult account. But if you were redirected to a different page, you’re using a child account where you need to be added to a family group because only an organizer or adult account can change a child’s privacy settings.

None of the steps worked for me untill i uninstalled and reinstalled the pc app!

try to log out and than sign in again. That worked for me.
