This game is going to SUCK

I see what you're saying, but there's more to multiplayer than just owning and customizing vehicles.

Actually, it's 8 people. The size of a multiplayer session has no inclination of how popular and varied it will be.

Really OP, if all you see is a watered down GTA5, then that's pretty simple minded of you. You don't just hack cover and ATM's. Everyone in the game cast a digital shadow that the player can hack. Plus, hacking is the NEW bank robbing these days. Yeah, welcome
to the 21 centenary. I guess next you'll be saying something negative about Sunset Overdrive, cause that to is an open world game. Maybe you should at least first, play the game, or read/watch a review before busting out your crystal ball. Dang!

 

I personally think the online will be much fun. I look forward to those hacking matches to see who can get the hack first. That one video I saw where they can disrupt the hack if close enough and things looked great. 2 good teams would be a tough match.
Working to keep the hack stopped/going depending which you are currently doing. The getaway. Stopping the getaway. Stuff like that. Was not really able to get into GTA Online that much.

 

deeNice, trust me, I have watch videos and much game play, because just like you, I was excited for the game. I loved assassins creed, and I loved farcry 2 and 3. i wanted to play this game very badly at one point, but if hacking is the fun part of this
game, then ill get it when the price drops. i wanted to see the cars, and cruise with friends, cause some explosions and what not, but nooo, in this game, i gotta be too worried about some stranger danger trying to hack my stuff, no thank you, ill pass. ill
play the demo, because you are right, watching someone play it is different to playing it yourself. I will play with the hopes that hacking is not the only cool thing in the game. but if its repetitive, then i cant keep the game, sorry

 

Nah, you pretty much bashed the game, and called it a GTA5 clone. Plus, your knowledge of Watch Dogs is lacking. You can actually turn off the feature that lets other players enter your game, so yeah... I own GTA5, and is look forward to playing Watch Dogs
on my Xbox One. I myself is an interdependent person, so it doesn't bother me that Ubisoft Watch Dogs was inspired by Rockstars GTA. It's kinda what the smart kids are doing these days. Listening and getting ideas from one another. It amazes me that people
have issues with that concept. It really do....

 

well the only thing I don't like, which will be the reason I play the game, beat it, and put it away forever the the collection of games I don't play anymore, is you can not play with that many people. but who knows, I just saw a new detail in the game,
a lambo, and I also saw a giant robot, so maybe there is more to this game than I thought.

 

Z4ZonE, you should at least gamefly it. Watch Dogs is really awesome. My gf is even enjoying the game single player. Which is odd to me, considering the fact that all she plays is multiplayer. There's ton to do in this game, don't miss out!!!

I just got done playing it for 5 hours. 5 freakin' hours. I never did that with GTA. Hell, an hour of my time was spent playing Chess. haha

 

so what is the game like? assassins creed? far cry? explosions? freeroam? any frustrations?

 

AC meets GTA. I guess that is the best combination to give it. I did 3 missions, all of which were your basic run-of-the-mill tutorial type missions. The rest of the time I spent doing side missions. Things like taking out an area that has gangs, you
can't kill the "leader", you have to do a "takedown" on him. I would hack into people's houses. There is something where you steal a specific car and take it to a location before the cops get you. Stuff like that.

Using the cameras, while you are hiding in cover somewhere is very unique IMO. You can literally take out an entire area of baddies without ever moving.

Frustrations... well, there are these specific type of side quests... I tried 2 of them and failed miserably both times. You die pretty quick, even on easy.

 

its more like Far Cry 3 in a very good way!! Awesome game!
