This game is become a nightmare :(

Just recently I TRIED to play the raid on Destiny, but guess what? I kept on getting disconnected from the game every 5-10minutes with the error code "bee" This is totally unacceptable as I was planning on finishing my first raid, but now if this problem
is not resolved I can kiss that good by. I can occasionally play the crucible, strikes work flawlessly but raids are turning in a nightmare. I have an open NAT, very good internet (5 bars) all other games work tremendously however, this game DOESNT let me
play with people in specific areas of the game for long periods of time. Raids is DOA and most game modes in crucible-skirmish I can play longer as its only 6 people.

I know there is a solution bungie has tried to make out but I am not a tech guru and I don't know how to change the router or any of this stuff. My parents own a business and I don't want to screw the internet up for them just to play a game, so can someone
please put step by step how to fix this dammm problem?... Also its wireless an will not be buying anything extra because THIS IS BUNGIE'S PROBLEM NOT MINE -----Sorry for the rant but I want to like this game, but its making a tough sell to me HELP!!!!
