This game does not operate on my android device.

According to the official website of the Microsoft Casual Games:

"Premium Subscriptions are only valid for the operating system on which they were purchased. This means that if you purchased Premium on your Windows device, it will only be valid on devices that run Windows and not valid on devices that run iOS or Android."

I believe this is also valid for ChromeOS and Android. Since they are different devices/operational systems, the ChromeOS premium subscription will not carry over to Android.

It's a good question as, while everything I have read about the launch suggests cross-save is possible from mobile to Xbox (and vice versa), GameLoft's (game Developer) FAQs still state that Cross-Save outside of the operating system (ie Android to Android, WIndows to Windows etc) is not possible:

"Progress restoration/synchronization between two devices

Please note that Asphalt 9 does not currently support cross-platform play. Your progress can only be transferred between devices with the same operating system (e.g., iOS and iOS, Android and Android, Windows and Windows) by linking the game to your social network account. After that, you can continue playing on a new device by logging into the game using your social network account credentials. When you change to a device within the same platform, your game progress will be restored via the social network, though anything platform-related will be lost (Club progress / Limited-Time Events / Multiplayer progress). So we recommend that you warn your Club mates before changing devices, or leave the Club beforehand so you don't affect it. If you want to play the game with your friends, make sure that they are playing on the same platform as you."
