Error codes

Had a game crash on me about 1:30am central time on 5/24. Since then I have received multiple error codes when launching games and apps since then. Only been able to launch YouTube since then but that has been hit and miss.

My account can't play Xbox live.

No error code just a message that says this account can't play Xbox live. I tried multiple games as well

Make sure that your console is updated . And that the games are uptodate . Report any bugs through the console

Hi there,

Thanks for letting us know about this issue, if some games are repeatedly crashing I recommend re-installing them.
Here are some steps for re-installation:

Press the
Xboxbutton to open the guide, and then select
My games & apps.

Select
Games.

Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the
Menubutton , and then select
Manage game.

Select
Manage all, select
Uninstall all, and then select
Uninstall.

If this issue persists it would be good to try out a soft factory reset to help refresh the operating system on
the Xbox console. Here are the steps for a soft
factory reset:

Press the
Xboxbutton to open the guide.

Select
Settings.

Select
All Settings.

Select
System.

Select
Console info & updates.

Select
Reset console.

Select
Reset and keep my games & apps

Just for confirmation, did you purchase those games or were you playing them while subscribed to game pass? If you were playing them via game pass, can you make sure your subscription is still active?

If Resident Evil 0 is crashing and resetting the console that’s sadly a known issue and the only remedy is to skip the cutscenes.

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put
your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .
