    I've been getting, "This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required account privileges." everytime I try to go on mypark (online multiplayer) and I have gold, I'm not temporary banned or anything.

    Are you sure you have Gold?

    At the time of this posting, your gamercard shows your name in silver, indicating you are still on Xbox Live Free (non-Gold).

    I never played NBA 2k16, but I'm sure the reason why you're getting that error for the "MyPark" feature is because your account doesn't appear to be Gold.

    Yeah I'm positive I have gold because my friend was sharing it with me plus I put in a 14 day gold trial and I can join Xbox Live parties just can't play online on NBA 2K16.

    Trials do not give your account Gold. They only allow you to use certain features of Xbox Live and sometimes will only work with the game they came with.
