This console was banned from xbox live services

Hi, I have a problem with my xbox one, i was playing normally and i went "this console is excluded from the Xbox Live service" i have no idea which is the reason, can't let me play online or talk in groups, but i can play offline and use the applications
normally. Please i like to know what happened and if this is an error help me fix it,. I have many years playing on xbox and never me nothing had happened like this, my serial number is: 041768234148

Console bans are typically issued for modding/tampering of the console, fraudulent account activity (suspected phishing, account theft, etc), and/or repeatedly violating the Microsoft Services Agreement (Code of Conduct). Console bans are also permanent
and irreversible.

Please note that the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team do not browse the forums to address grievances of users affected by bans, and absolutely nobody here can ever help you get unbanned.

 

They now also issue 30 day console bans under certain circumstances.Usually if several accounts on the same console keep getting banned/suspended.

Posting your console serial number on a public forum isn't the brightest thing to do,even if your console is banned & theses forums are dead.

 

But the console I bought it used and better I asked for my money back

The warranty on a second-hand Xbox console is void, and the purchaser assumes the risk for any previous modifications or unauthorized activity. Even if the console’s ownership has changed, the console may still be subject to a ban. If you purchase a console
that has been previously banned you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live, and the ban will not be lifted as a result of the change in ownership. We recommend customers who believe they have not committed actions on the service to warrant a ban to contact
previous owners or users of the console.
