This company is horrible!

I'm sick or constantly getting emails telling me that my service will be shut off!!! As of yet it has not been shut off so I have no idea why your company keeps sending these emails!!! My bill is due on the 27th of each month and I get emails all month long,every
single month!!!! Why send an email on the 3rd when my bill isn't due until 4/27/14!?!?!?! This is beginning to be a pain in the ***! Then to get help you either have to sit on the phone and wait on hold,wait to chat or come here! If my bill isn't even due
yet why am I getting emails weeks before my bill is even due? I can see if it where a day or two after my bill is due but not weeks before! I mean why are you guys even trying to access my card all the time anyway? Its as if you are billing me twice a month
or something?

TWC is just a horrible company. It's not MS fault that TWC had shoddy equipment and horrible service.

This just seems to be the way the system is set up. I pay yearly, and that month leading up to the subscription expiration does include a lot of email and notification. As long as you are paying the bill on time, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Maybe
set up a rule in your email to send those emails to a specific folder automatically?
