During the last E3 I purchased from amazon US two prepaid codes for the Game Pass. Now that I want to use them on my account from Spain, the message I receive is: Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased
in a different region and cannot be redeemed.

I have contacted amazon, but they answered me that it would be yu who is best suited to solve my problem: Please be informed that, for resolution of the issue, please contact the publisher "Microsoft." Microsoft has the tools and resources to help
resolve any issues. They'll be in the best position to assist you with this matter.

You can try contacting support, but generally with purchases like this you would have to return them to Amazon and exchange them for codes for your own region. Microsoft generally does not do that. Contact Us | Xbox Support

It is possible, just be aware that codes cannot be redeemed in a different region they were purchased, also note that your billing information MUST match the region you are in, you cannot set Canada as your account region then add a billing info from the
UK to try to purchase content

My 12 month xbox live cannot be redeemed because of the same error. Can not do anything about it. I have already bought two different codes from two different sellers (ebay), but both are "not valid in my region". That cannot be a coincidence. Need help,
