Hello guys, i purshased xbox live code on G2A but when i writte the code on the market, they send me that the code is ok, but cannot be used in my region, and i don't know how use it, can you please help me?

Hi there,

since using a different region then your actual region isn't officially supported, the best thing to do is to contact the store where you purchased it and see if you can get it replaced for one for your region (or a region free one)

It is possible, just be aware that codes cannot be redeemed in a different region they were purchased, also note that your billing information MUST match the region you are in, you cannot set Canada as your account region then add a billing info from the
UK to try to purchase content

My 12 month xbox live cannot be redeemed because of the same error. Can not do anything about it. I have already bought two different codes from two different sellers (ebay), but both are "not valid in my region". That cannot be a coincidence. Need help,
