    Two weeks ago I bought 12m live gold membership from ebay.

    Because of a faulty xbox sent from tesco and having to buy a console from a different place I was able to check the code for the live gold membership just this week.

    But every time I enter it, I get a message that the code is not valid anymore and if I have a different one. It doesn’t seem to have been used or anything. Contacting the seller is a bust till now as I am getting nowhere with him. Before turning
    to ebay's buyers protection I would like to see if any of you have had this message or by chance know what it means.

    Won't let me redeem code

    this is happening for me, it says "Please enter a valid code." I've tried lots of different ones on both xbox console and online

    Can you please double check to make sure the code is being entered in properly? Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 or O for 0. If you get an 8 digit error code when trying to redeem on the console post it here.

    Beyond that, you'd need to continue try the seller or Ebay support.

    I accedently redeemed my fallout 3 code on xbox one instead of xbox.com or 360. Now I dont have it and the code wont work. Any suggestions? Sorry for any misspelling.

    Sorry to hear it. As your issue is different from the OP it would be better to create a new thread in the future. Try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History on the 360 and see if the game is there waiting to be downloaded.

    Sorry to hear it. As your issue is different from the OP it would be better to create a new thread in the future. Try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History on the 360 and see if the game is there waiting to be downloaded.

    XBOX LIVE - Gold membership error

    Our points are valid. If you had used a code from a different country then it is a rarity as it has been at least 4-5 years since all Gold codes have been locked out.

    As for MS code, I'm sure if the OP had gotten one from MS he would have said so.
