We are aware that some members may be having problems playing purchased content. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend to Sign up for the notify me option on the website for communication on the resolution.

It's part of a currently known issue with Live that is being worked on. https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status?xr=shellnav

They rotate out codes every now and then, usually when they're out of codes, but they typically come back after a few weeks.

Well my redemption codes are going to run out by the time it comes out lol

Please allow sometime for the codes to be sent out

Be patient they will come.
