Put the code in and it recognised FIFA 17, now it's dissapeared, says I've already used the code but won't let me download the game what a nightmare. Is it down

Hello, I buy fifa 17 on a site "Press Start" and I had a code, I had to use the code and it put me "This code has already been used" so what to do? I order this game the 17/09/2017 15:38 and the site my ask to contact you.

Prepaid Code for FIFA 17 not working...

Okay, so I received a prepaid code for FIFA 17 pre-order edition, upon putting the code into the "redeem code" box in the store, my Xbox responded normally and presented me with a button to install the game. I obviously pressed this button and expected the
game to begin installation, but nothing happened. My download queue was empty and my game library showed no sign of FIFA 17. So I decided to put the code in again (hoping for a better outcome) to be presented with, "This code has already been used" This is
a very frustrating circumstance due to my lack of a way to even try again, let alone succeed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe my Xbox recognize this Code not before the official release is? In Germany 29 September.

First, let's check
FIFA 17's Ready to install to see if these points haven't been installed. Keep in mind that these points are given when you enter FUT mode too, so if these points are already installed on your Xbox One console, they should appear there in-game. Let us know
if that helps!

Thanks for getting back to me. They have been installed. The Fifa 17 3000 points pack is there, downloaded. They just have not appeared in-game. Both EA and Microsoft have said it is each others problem and they cannot help.
