    Hey, I bought a 3 months live GOLD from G2A.com and when i tried to redeeme the code online and in console it says:

    the website now asks from me to show them my conversation with xbox support and i cant find where to contact them.

    please help!

    I just got a 3 month game pass code and I entered it into my XBOX and it looked like it was processing and then it said This code has already been redeemed. I checked by account and it is not listed in the history at all. I tried to redeem on the PC
    and same thing.

    I had the same issue , call xbox support and they will be able to help you , if you go to the store where you bout it you will be wasting your time they wont be able to help you . Please call xbox support and I hope your issue is resolved.
