    Hello guys!

    I'd really really be thankful if you could help me.

    First you need to know that I am completely ignorant about Xbox one. I am starting to investigate how it works! "This code has already been redeemed", "Xbox live gold, problem to sign in" :)

    I bought 2 Xbox One games to my son: Overwatch (in a shop) and Fortnite (on the net.)

    My son has installed Overwatch and has used the code that came with the game. At one point I get to choose between Redeem your code or buy Xbox live. I tried both ways but I get these two messages:

    when I try to redeem the code: "your code has been already redeemed".

    when I try to pay for Xbox live: they tell me they are not able to charge me from my credit cards ( I tried more then one credit card). There is nothing wrong with my credit cards /bank. The only thing that goes wrong is that I am not able to choose my land
    when it comes to give my address details.

    I don't have a clue! Can you guys help me?

    Free trial for live error

    Hi jin7999,

    As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
    subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).

    Failed to redeem XBoxLive

    I bought a 12 months Xbox Live Gold prepaid card in last October 2015 and redeemed it in Feb 21, 2016 but it was failed and gota message "this code has already been used". So I called the store to ask about the problem but they said that code has been expired
    and I supposed to be redeemed it not to long time from purchasing date. My question, is there any expire date of xbox live code? If anyone can answer my question or has any solution of this problem, really apreciate. Thanks.

    Hi! My name is Ben an Independent Advisor and an Xbox gamer hope you are doing well.

    Have you somehow tried redeeming your code on a different device? If there are no error messages and it is just freezing, it could be a browser specific or device specific problem. Because if it is due to the region it will show the error stating region problem.

    I suggest to try redeeming it on a different device via redeem.microsoft.com page. More details how you can redeem your code can be found at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio...

    Also, if it shows that the code has already been redeemed. Please check https://account.microsoft.com/services page next to see if your Xbox Live Gold has been upgraded already.

    Note: Make sure you are signed in to the same email address where your Xbox Live Gold is associated in order to upgrade it using the Game Pass Ultimate code.

    Is it showing any subscription like game pass ultimate? This includes the Gold.

    Are you signed in on the same account that you put the code in for?

    Have you tried entering the code again to see if it says that it has already been redeemed?

    If it shows that it has already been redeemed you can contact xbox support and they can do a search with that code and see what account it was put onto.
