This blue screen keeps happening when trying to open a xbox game pass game on my new pc???...

What's your PC spec?

If it's happening when you try to launch a game it could be a graphics driver error. It could be as simple as removing your graphics drivers and installing them again. DDU can be used to un-install your graphics drivers. The download for DDU is at the bottom of that webpage. Don't click any big download buttons on the top of the page as these will be an advert for an entirely different application.

Before you run DDU, you should download the latest driver for your graphics hardware manually and place it somewhere on your system. Then after you've done this, run DDU and remove your drivers. With the drivers removed, re-boot and install the driver you downloaded earlier.

hey, its ther 13/03/2022 and its hapenning for me.

My nvidia driver is updated and its continue ton do it.

the only solution i found its uninstall and install again.

Please also make sure that all components in the summer update if By going to the window store, clicking library, and then click get updates.

Almost same issue here. Play only on PC with Game Pass, don't have Xbox. It keeps freezing on "Syncing data" screen when I start the game.

I thought forza dlc season pass was called VIP car pass

Sorry, I may not have explained fully, I inadvertently let a short term Game Pass subscription ( 3 month offer ) expire and solely played on Forza 4. After I successfully renewed my subscription I now get a screen error Blue message on my PC to " renew my pass" when trying to play the game .

I have tried contacting online support but have not yet been successful
