This banning people is getting a bit ridiculous

ok, ive been banned twice last year and its gta5 and the kids on there. Last time i checked, gta5 was rated m. I catch people cheating and using exploits. Last time i got banned i got a message from 3 different people saying that they got their friends to
report me and they hope i get banned. Last time i checked, you weren't allowed to do that. I hear you investigate the reports but i don't 100% believe it. If you were to do so as you say, you wouldve had to be in the game to hear how kids on gta5 act.

    :)

  2. This is getting a bit ridiculous....

I'd definitely give it no higher than a 7/10. Graphics in game seem off. Gamplay has strayed too far from what I typically like about the franchise. Too much run and gun now. Cut scenes look great. Voice acting is pretty good. Not a big Merc fan. Will
gladly ship the game to the first person who asks.

i agree with the whole "shouldn't be based on ones expectations".

at first i was slightly disappointed with the game but i think it was because i was expecting way more than what they probably could have done. i hadn't even finished the first chapter of leons campaign before coming to that conclusion though. after playing
a bit more the game is growing on me and its definitely not a 4.5/10. though it is not much from re4/re5 but those were 9-10/10 games so this rates right up there with them imo. and i've barely scratched the surface with this game so i'm sure it will only
    get better.

If you feel that your suspension was unwarranted you can file for a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

The M rating is for in game play not for online play and only is in regards to who is able to purchase the game if parents want to purchase the game for their children that is M rated then that is up to them but a retailer by law can not sale a M rated game
    to a minor.

Xbox live is supposed to be rated E for everyone, that is why we have the enforcement team and the code of conduct if a report is made it is sent to the enforcement team and as long as there was no violation of the code of conduct then your not going to
be suspended but if there was a violation that is when you will get suspended,

  5. Hi,

GTA maybe 18+ but you still need to keep all forms of communication clean while using the xbox live service as you agreed to those terms when you signed up.

If you see people in-game glitching, cheating etc.. then use the in-game report feature and also the xbox's report system.

You can also report people for their voice communication behaviours.

    Happy Gaming!

  6. Obviously you did not read my post.

The M rating is for being able to purchase the game not who is allowed to play it and is for the campaign part of the game only the multiplayer aspect is unrated as is with any game.

The part of the xbox service that is what Microsoft polices is the live service itself not the game when you signed up for the live service you agreed to follow the code of conduct if you can not follow the code of conduct then you suffer the consequences.
Sony even has their own rules on the PSN that you have to follow and if you dont then they have their consequences too.

Here is a link to sonys code of conduct which pretty much reads just like microsofts code of conduct:

    Community Code of Conduct

  7. You know its as simple as this if you follow the code of conduct which can be found here: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers then you dont have to worry about being suspended.

Which when you signed up for the service you agreed to follow the rules and agreed that if you broke the rules that you understood the consequences.

I don't see how a code of conduct ruins a game, you can have fun without insulting people. Xbox have a right to police their service, there is no freedom of speech because it's a private company. Playstation also has a code of conduct to follow, i heard
there also like to ban those who insult others.

it is up to the parents what they allow their children to play, because xbox has a Code of conduct doesn't mean they are making GTA e for everyone.

  9. Only they still suspend you. Do not defend this **** company. I have been with XBL for well since Xbox Original and I am Fed up with their reporting system. If children/adults cannot handle bad language they SHOULD NOT BE PLAYING A RATED M GAME. Doesn't
**** matter if XBL is rated E if it was Truly RATED E there would only be RATED E games kid. Trust me they use it as an excuse to feel better about themselves since most of the Idiots working at Microsoft can't Program worth a ****. Until they improve their
Unfair Suspension System Me and a few hundred others will be filing a Class-Action Lawsuit. They find **** and Fag as Racial but not Cracker.

  12. You are coming across as condescending, it doesn't matter on what the game is rated you must keep all forms of communication clean.

you agreed to the terms when you signed up or when the terms/CoC have been updated, if you had a issue then you couldve voted with your wallet and not get live.

As a private company that provides a service, they hold the right to police their customers as they pay millions for security/servers etc....

Actually, it's as simple as following the Microsoft Services Agreement and the Code of Conduct within the Agreement

    Microsoft Services Agreement

These terms (“Terms”) cover the use of those Microsoft’s consumer products, websites, and services listed here (the “Services”). Many of these products previously had separate terms that were called different names, such as “Xbox Live Terms of Use” or “Skype
Terms of Use,” and these Terms replace those separate terms. You accept these Terms by creating a Microsoft account or Skype account, through your use of the Services, or by continuing to use the Services after being notified of a change to these Terms.

    3. Code of Conduct.

    • a. By agreeing to these Terms, you’re agreeing that, when using the Services, you will follow these rules:
      • i. Don’t do anything illegal.
      • ii. Don’t engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children.
      • iii. Don’t send spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, postings, contact requests, SMS (text messages), or instant messages.
      • iv. Don’t publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate Content or material (involving, for example, nudity, ****, pornography, graphic violence, or criminal activity).
      • v. Don’t engage in activity that is false or misleading (e.g., asking for money under false pretenses, impersonating someone else, manipulating the Services to increase play count, or affect rankings, ratings, or comments).
      • vi. Don’t circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Services.
      • vii. Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to you, the Services, or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist content, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others).
      • viii. Don’t infringe upon the rights of others (e.g., unauthorized sharing of copyrighted music or other copyrighted material, resale or other distribution of Bing maps, or photographs).
      • ix. Don’t engage in activity that violates the privacy of others.
      • x. Don’t help others break these rules.
    • b. Enforcement. If you violate these Terms, we may stop providing Services to you or we may close your Microsoft account or Skype account. We may also block delivery of a communication (like email or instant message) to or from the Services
in an effort to enforce these Terms or we may remove or refuse to publish Your Content for any reason. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms, Microsoft reserves the right to review Your Content in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot
monitor the entire Services and make no attempt to do so.

BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APPLICATION, OR ATTEMPTING TO DO ANY OF THESE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO AND MUST NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE APPLICATION.

You're welcome to debate the issue. I'm just stating that if you're using the service, you're agreeing to follow the terms. If you're not going to agree with the terms, then you'll either need to stop using the service or deal with the result of any violations
    made when using the service.
