This Bandwidth is Insane can anyone explain this?

So recently I began playing xbox live again I have barley turned on my xbox in over 4-5 months, and i began looking at my network and bandwidth settings, and it was reading back numbers to me in historical magnitudes. Can anyone enlighten me into what this
could of been, or if its just a visual error. I have checked with my ISP and it always shows as normal usage.

thanks for the answers, another question about rewards: i have read that microsoft is rewarding xbox users in other ways, but that part i don't understand either. by just playing games or watch netflix on the xbox. how about this?

Achievements are a games way of rewarding you for doing certain things in that game.

Achievements/Gamerscore are just for show & are just a bit of fun.

The reason they are disabled on Skyrim or any game that has mods is because you wouldn't be earning them legitimately.

Say for example there's a achievement to get your character to level 50 or get a certain skill to a certain level,you could use a mod to do this straight away instead of playing the game & levelling up the way you are supposed to.

 

What? 75566 TB? In one day? No, I would hazard a guess and say that it isn't showing your bandwidth correctly. Most modern routers have bandwidth logs that should show your usage. I would go with these over what the console says.

 

Yeah I assume so as well. My router doesn't seem to really document it well. I just went by my ISP and it shows that total that Comcast recorded that i used roughly 150GB for the month including everything on the network. Not to
mention the xbox has really been shut off for month or two without any real usage at all so it didn't make sense to me unless it was hacked, but even if it was i dont think anything would account for that much usage. Thats insane, but still gave me a little
jump scare when i saw that.

 

I am assuming your wireless to your ISP router. It seems you are looking at the data transfer from xbox to the router that's why it looks insane.

 

I am connected wirelessly to my router, but even so how can you explain for it account for over 67k TB of data in a month that seems rather impossible.
